It's not every day you see the future ....#Flipboard
I've just spent the past four hours playing with the future of information delivery.
Flipboard for the iPad. It has completely changed how I look at Twitter and Facebook (Facebook in particular is revolutionized). Mark my words - this app changes everything. Curation - a word and technique I've rarely mentioned - has just become vital. Twitter List have gone from irrelevant to VITAL. Marketers suggesting you skip Twitter and Facebook - have done you the greatest disservice This single app will sell 100's of thousands of iPad's (scrap that - millions) Fran Leech tweeted that she thought this could be the iPad's visicalc ( the app that launched the humble pc into business) - I couldn't agree more. There are some bugs in it at the moment but I'm sure they will get ironed out. This app heralds the start of the second generation of iPad apps - the ones that show why the iPad is so unique.... I know I get excited but believe me - information delivery just changed in a massive way. I'll explain over the next few days exactly why. EdSent from my Awesome iPad
